The morning starts out by hanging around Wilmington waiting for the Liberty Limited, a special train carrying wounded troops from Washington, D.C., to the Army-Navy Game in Philadelphia. After getting the E-unit-powered train, it's into Philadelphia for the Wilmington Chapter NRHS Christmas Lights streetcar charter.
