Amtrak SC-44 4622 (actually owned by the state of Illinois and carrying IDTX reporting marks) leads a southbound Hiawatha Service train through Sturtevant. The Milwaukee Road depot that sat here and served Amtrak until 2006 was deconstructed and moved to Caledonia in 2009; the new Amtrak station can be partially seen above the signal boxes on the left.
