A westbound BNSF freight negotiates the temporary shoo-fly over I-294 as it approaches the Highlands station on the "Race Track." The interstate is being widened, necessitating a new bridge over it; a temporary bridge was built (resulting in the shoo-fly). The new bridge is in place and is ready for track to be laid.
