July 31, 1980
Conway Scenic 2-6-2 108 rides the ex-Boston & Maine turntable at North Conway. Built by Baldwin in 1920 for San Augustine Lumber, 108 eventually found its way to the Reader Railroad before coming to the Conway Scenic. Mechanical issues sidelined 108 in 1986, and it has since moved on to Texas where it sits in pieces awaiting a restoration.
