Baltimore & Ohio EA 51 poses on the "First Mile" outside the B&O Railroad Museum. Built by Electro-Motive in 1937, the 51 was the first streamlined diesel constructed; the shape of its nose would be the influence for thousands of E-units and F-units that followed.
